Phase I Environmental Site Assessments
 Our Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (21E) provide clients with the information they need ion order to make appropriate and informed decisions. Our Phase I’s are performed in accordance with the scope and limitations of the recently enacted All Appropriate Inquiry federal standard. A Phase I is intended to permit a user to satisfy one of the requirements to qualify for the innocent landowner defense under CERCLA. Hogan-Whiting Associates has over 15 years of experience in the environmental field. Experience is concentrated in the areas of compliance, permitting, inspections, site assessments, sampling, and reporting. |
